About Me

I am a Certified Massage Therapist, Neuromuscular Massage Therapist,  Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Meditation Teacher. I am a graduate of National Holistic Institute, where I completed the Core Program to be a Professional Massage Therapist and Health Educator in 2018. In this program, I studied both Eastern and Western modalities. I loved it so much that I decided to do the Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy Program. This is what sets me apart from other massage therapists. I have extensive knowledge of the body and I'm more than proud to say that this what I specialize in. I am a soft tissue specialist trained in the clinical application of manual therapy to alleviate pain and assist in the rehabilitation of soft tissue related injuries. Being able to help a person with chronic pain, misalignment, and rehabilitation is one of the best things to ask for. My education continued on to be a yoga and meditation teacher, I graduated from Yoga & Ayurveda Center in 2021. The passion I have for yoga is unlike anything else I can think of. The benefits of doing yoga are tremendous. I started doing yoga in 2017 and meditating in 2018. I chose to do the yoga teacher training to deepen my knowledge about yoga philosophy and everything that goes in to it. I chose to do the meditation course for being a teacher because I believe I can help a lot of people understand themselves on a deeper level. I practice everyday whether it be asanas, meditation, pranayama, or all of it combined in a full yoga session. I felt like I found the missing piece to my puzzle by integrating everything that yoga is with my massage therapy career. Creating a Holistic Balance is completely possible when you stay on track by taking care of your mind, body and soul. I have so much love and passion for my career. I genuinely care about improving my clients health and helping them reach higher levels in all areas of their lives.

Massage is not a luxury! It’s a powerful holistic tool in helping the over-all health of your body, mind, and spirit. Physical touch is one of the most healing things you can do for your nervous system. Your dopamine levels will thank you for it. You will be a happier, more relaxed, and healthier person from receiving massages often!
